Complimentary Meet & Greet

Massage Therapy is preformed by an RMT with the purpose to prevent, maintain, or rehabilitate physical function or relieve pain. Massage uses a variety of techniques to improve the health and condition of muscles, joints, and connective tissue.

Massage Therapy

Cupping is performed by an RMT and is integrated into a Massage Therapy Session. The application of plastic vacuum cups or silicone suction cups applied to the skin to create suction. This is a unique approach to treating the body's fascia. The use of these cups on stubborn areas can affect deeper tissues, reducing restrictions and should allow you to move better.

Massage Therapy with Cupping

For children 12 years old and under. Pediatric Massage is performed by an RMT who has taken advanced courses to be certified to work with children. A Certified Pediatric Massage Therapy is trained to take into consideration different health concerns a child may have and tailor their communication and touch to those suitable to a child.
